I just want to point out that all that talk last week about finishing early or writing 60,000 words was before I crashed my bike and nearly killed myself. Since then, things have been slower going since, giant pussy that I am, pain makes me want to not write. And it turns out that bruised ribs can really hurt. Pout.
You topped me for excuses, and you're still probably going to beat me in this competition. Hope you get better soon.
